Posting Rules & Guidelines

To maintain quality, transparency, and trust on Paluto, all users must follow the rules below while posting property listings.

Failure to follow these rules may result in rejection, removal, or suspension of your account.

1. Accurate & Honest Information

  • Provide correct property details.

  • Mention the exact property type (Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Rent, etc.).

  • Enter accurate price, size, and location.

  • Do not post misleading or exaggerated information.

Fake or manipulated details are strictly prohibited.

2. Ownership & Authorization

  • You must have legal rights or authorization to list the property.

  • Do not post properties that are already sold or unavailable.

  • Do not list someone else's property without permission.

3. Images & Media Guidelines

  • Upload real images of the actual property.

  • Do not use stock photos or copied images.

  • Images must be clear and relevant.

  • No watermark of other platforms allowed.

  • Videos must represent the actual property.

Misleading visuals may lead to listing removal.

4. One Property = One Listing

  • Do not create duplicate listings.

  • Do not repost the same property repeatedly.

  • Avoid multiple listings for the same unit to manipulate visibility.

Duplicate listings will be removed without notice.

5. Correct Category Selection

Choose the correct category while posting:

  • Residential

  • Commercial

  • Agricultural

  • Special Investment

  • Rent Property

Incorrect category usage may result in rejection.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly not allowed:

  • Fake properties

  • Fraudulent investment schemes

  • Illegal land sales

  • Offensive language

  • Political or unrelated advertisements

  • External links promoting other platforms

7. Contact Information Rules

  • Provide a valid phone number and email.

  • Do not include multiple unrelated contact numbers.

  • Do not misuse buyer information.

8. Pricing Transparency

  • Mention the correct price.

  • Avoid unrealistic pricing to attract fake leads.

  • If negotiable, clearly mention “Negotiable”.

Hidden pricing tactics are discouraged.

9. Admin Review & Approval

  • Paluto reserves the right to review all listings.

  • Listings may be approved, edited, or rejected.

  • Featured listings are also subject to review.

Admin decisions are final in case of disputes.

10. Policy Violations

Violation of posting rules may result in:

  • Listing removal

  • Featured status cancellation

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent account ban

Repeated violations may lead to legal action.
