Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

Click “Sign Up,” enter your details, verify via OTP, and complete your profile.

Can I register using only my phone number?

Yes, OTP verification allows secure login.

I forgot my login details. What should I do?

Use the “Login with OTP” option to access your account.

Can I change my registered phone number?

Yes, update it from your profile settings after verification.

Why was my account suspended?

Accounts may be suspended due to policy violations, fake listings, or suspicious activity.


Posting a Property

How many listings can I post?

You can post multiple listings, but duplicate listings for the same property are not allowed.

How long does approval take?

Approval typically takes up to 24 hours, depending on review volume.

What happens if my listing is rejected?

You will be notified. You can correct the issues and resubmit.

Can I mark my property as Sold or Rented?

Yes, you can update the listing status from your dashboard.

Can I repost a deleted property?

You must create a new listing if the old one was deleted.


Property Details & Media

What image formats are allowed?

Standard formats like JPG, PNG are accepted.

Is there a size limit for uploads?

Yes, file size limits apply for images and videos.

Can I upload a video tour?

Yes, if the video follows media guidelines and size limits.

Why was my image removed?

Images that are unclear, copied, misleading, or contain external branding may be removed.


Featured Listings

What benefits do featured listings offer?

They appear at the top of search results and category pages, increasing visibility.

How long does approval take after payment?

Our team reviews featured requests after payment confirmation.

Can I transfer featured status to another property?

No, featured status applies only to the approved listing.

What if I delete a featured listing?

The featured status will end automatically and cannot be reused.


Payments & Charges

What happens if payment fails?

If payment fails, your listing will not be featured. You may try again.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Yes, confirmation will be sent after successful payment.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. All charges are clearly mentioned before payment.

Can charges change in the future?

Yes, Paluto reserves the right to update pricing.


Buyer Questions

How do I contact a seller?

Open the listing and use the provided contact option.

Do I need an account to contact sellers?

Login may be required to view contact details.

Can Paluto help with property negotiations?

No. Paluto is only a listing platform.

Does Paluto guarantee property authenticity?

No. Buyers must verify documents independently.


Safety & Fraud Prevention

How can I avoid fraud?

  • Verify ownership documents.

  • Visit the property in person.

  • Avoid advance payments without verification.

How do I report a fake listing?

Click the “Report” button on the listing page.

What action is taken against fraud?

Listings are removed and accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.


Technical Support

The website is slow. What should I do?

Check your internet connection or refresh the page.

I cannot upload images or videos.

Ensure file size and format meet platform requirements.

My listing is not appearing in search results.

Make sure it is approved and categorized correctly.

I am facing payment issues.

Check payment details or try a different payment method.
